THE HOLIDAY MARKET

at NATIONAL CATHEDRAL

CLIENT:  Washington National Cathedral

LOCATION:  Washington, DC

 

Looking for ways to diversify revenue and maximize community engagement, the Washington National Cathedral approached me to produce a full proposal for a Holiday Market in the Cathedral's grounds, to include site plans, visual renders, production specifications, creative identity, timelines, marketing & communications plans and a full project budget.

The result was a fully built out set of plans with financial projections that could be used to woo potential backers, and secure grassroots funding. The detail of the proposal, which takes account of logistical restrictions and how best to leverage existing resources at the Cathedral, satisfies the requirement for it to be put in to action at a moment's notice.
