Working closely with Trace I was involved at the very beginning of this project, working with the client to conceive the format and gain support from the Rwanda Development Board.

 

I helped Trace think through and plan the operational, commercial and financial aspects of the Awards, including:

 

  • Establishing project timelines

  • Guiding stakeholder contract negotiations

  • Establishing budgets

  • Procuring delivery partners including event management and broadcast production

  • Supplying specialist personnel from my networks

  •  to manage ticketing, security, safety, logistics and accreditation

The Trace Awards had immense impact, reaching 500 million viewers in 190 countries.
